What is the Return/Exchange Policy?
- Sale product / item can be returned or exchanged.
- All product / item purchased online can be exchanged within 30 days with below mention conditions.
- The product /item received has manufacturing defect or an incorrect style or size, at the time of delivery.
- The product or item does not match with original specification, or the product found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.
- The customer will be responsible for shipment costs of return.
- Make sure the product you are returning/ exchange is intact and complete with the packaging.
What is the Exchange procedure?
- Prior to shipping the article back to RangReza, you will need to notify us within 3 days by calling us at +92-315 4871897 or by writing us at [email protected]
- After approval of your request, and receiving back the defected/incorrect article the company will issue a coupon to the customer worth the amount paid for the defected/incorrect piece.
- Customer can then use the coupon to purchase any available article on https://rang-reza.com.pk/. Shipping and handling cost are not refundable. Please allow us two weeks for the processing of item exchange.
Order Cancellation
The order can be cancelled by customer any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, return and exchange policy will be applied. Rangreza has the right of cancellation of order at any stage or at any time during the processing of order due to any condition that seems necessary and will not bear any damages suffered due to non-fulfillment of said order.
In the rare case that you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, you can request us to give you Online Store Credit (minus shipping costs) for future purchases, within 15 days of your original purchase.
Shipping Policy
- Rangreza is not responsible for non-shipment of ordered product due to in availability of stock. Order verification is not considered to be order confirmation.
- It is the customer responsibility to provides us correct address and phone number at the time of booking.
- Rangreza management retains the right to change return and exchange policy at any time without any notice.
- Rangreza aims to provide best possible service to process orders as quickly as possible. Despite our efforts some orders might take time.
